COCKTAIL OF THE WEEK
The Caipiroska really is an adaptation of Brazil’s unofficial national cocktail: the Caipirinha, which apparently roughly translates to something like “little peasant” or “country bumpkin”. Although it may be the drink of choice for the man in the street back in Brazil – the Caipirinha and its newborn ‘sister’ the Caipiroska, are about as cool as they come on the ‘cocktail circuit’ these days
